in predicting patchy fog.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFrom 5.30am I watched the fog roll into and over the city, covering the lake, the landmarks and the roads until by about 9.30, the centre of the city was completely covered.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn this image, the National Carillon, which is lit up in colour at night, was being covered in fog just after dawn as the green light lighting
